As more and more details are revealed about terrorist suspect Abdelkader Belliraj, the question is whether Belgian security forces were completely unaware of his terrorist and criminal activities.
In a recent interview his wife, who lives in Belgium, says that she was not connected to the murders he allegedly committed, since they were committed before they got married. Now the question is whether she was also unaware of his al-Qaeda activities, which started after they were married for ten years.

Belgian-Moroccan terrorist Abdelkader Belliraj received his orders directly from al-Qaeda while he worked for the Belgian Intelligence Service as a registered informant, according to a high placed Belgian police source.
The source says that Belliraj travelled to Afghanistan in 2001. "And in Afghanistan he visited Ayman al-Zawahiri, the number two of al-Qaeda and the accomplice of Osama bin Laden. There he got specific instructions from Zawahiri." This is according to the Moroccan criminal investigation into the terror group led by Belliraj.
Last week it was revealed that Belliraj served as a registered and paid informant of the Belgian Intelligence Service since at least 2000. It's almost certain that at the same time he worked for another foreign secret service, possibly the Frence DGSE or American CIA.
"This is the biggest terrorism case that Belgium has ever known," says the high-place police agent about the dismantling of the Belliraj terror group.
